My favourite subject term: Psychosocial Trauma

This is a optative subject imparted by the Teacher Adriana Espinoza. The highlight of the subject is  inmerge ourselves in the dictatorship, connect with our emotions and understand trauma phenomena in Chile. In first class the teacher talks about the content and explain how we can use this in a clinical practice. In second class we usually see documentaries. At the end of the class we expressed our opinion and feelings.

Something I specially enjoyed about Estadio Nacional like a memory place to visit, rememeber and conmemorate the fallen of the dictatorship.

Its very enriching stay and participate, you can learn and understand the human suffering in this period of history.

Ignacio Martín Baró

Ignacio Martín Baró was born in the city of Valladolid-Spain in 1942 and die in San Salvador in 1989, is one of the most important social lationamercian psycologist in the history of the psycologicals ciencies. He was an expert in comunity psychology. His principal contribution was figth against the war, the social equiality, justice and human rights in his country (El Salvador) investigating about pain, misery and millitar repression. He participated in the filosophy movement la psicología de la liberación, and wrote works like: Entre individuo y sociedad, Psicología social de la guerra, Psicología, ciencia y conciencia. 
This author is very important for me because his writting inspiring love and hope for the humanity. Thanks to Martín Baró I  took the decision to follow the field of the social psycology.  I recomend totally 

Music

The music makes feel supersonic

In general, I am a person who listen every kind of music,  my favourite hobbie is analize tracks of many artists and discover his musical produccion.

I  love listen music on Spotify because in this plataform you can find discography of  many bands. However I have a long collection of CDs

When I was ten years old I learn some chords on my classic guitar, I remember that my first song learned in this musical instrument are smoke on the water, by deep purple. 

In my 21s I practice the bass guitar, it very difficult to me learn it because the strings are thick and the frets are more bigger than those electric guitar...

National Park Llanos de Challe

I took this picture with my cell fone on my last holidays, in february, 2019, when I went to Atacama zone with my family. We had a good time in this place and I woud like to visit again.

This photo shows a national park called Llanos de Challe, its a very beautiful place to visit in summer, that is why we went in february and the weather was pleasant.

I love this photo beacuse in it you can see a mystical ocean under a warm sun.The peaceful sea touching the stones brings back to me good memories, relaxing feelings and clear thoughts about my life.

I recomend visit this place in summer if you want relax and see the magic desert on Chile.

my new laptop

My mother gave me a new laptop for my 21st birthday! I felt really happy and surprised at the moment because I never had a device like this in my hands.

With eight gigs of memory Ram and two gigs of graphics card, this laptop can run some of the most current video games. I'm really impressed because it can support more than my old desktop PC. In addition, its portability allows me to use it every day to work in the university and helping me to take some notes in class. Also, I use this technological tool to entertain myself, playing online video games with my friends and to download music from the internet. I love this laptop and its multifuntionality!. If you ask me, I think so my life without this device would be more complicated because I could not access instantaneally to relevant information for my career and for me. 

My Career

In my childhood, I wanted to be a race driver to compete in Fórmula 1. Later, when I grew up (in my teen years) I wanted to be a rock and roll star. This is what I would answer if someone asked about my dreams jobs.

Years later, at the end of the high school I was undecided because I didn´t know completly what I want to study in the university. My top career options were law, philosophy and psycology. Finally, I choose the psycology degree because I was interested in the human mind and analyze social phenomena.

Until now, my experience in the university has been positive and negative. Positive in the sense that I made good friends and negative because I have to study so much.

In the future, I would like to have a job where I recognize myself and develop my potential as a psychologist.

About me

about my life

I was born in Santiago,Chile, in 1998 and i grew up in the Puente Alto neighbourhood. I start my elementary studies in Juan Francisco Fresno college. When I was twelve years old I went to Liceo de Aplicación school to begin my primary education. In this place I formed my first rock and roll band. The name of this band were"the red light flash", we played originals songs and covers from Green day and Blink-182. We were a noisier band but we love the music and enjoy it.
Actually I have 21 years old and I study psychologist in Universad de Chile. I live with my mom. father, younger brother and nephew, We are a united family and we like to go to the cinema once a month.
Some of my Hobbies are play the guitar, play the bass, write poems and play multiplayer videogames.
